Return Time Frame
For Orders Within Malaysia:
Returns must be requested within 14 days from your purchase date.
For Orders Within Singapore:
Returns must be requested within 21 days from your purchase date.
*Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
What Happens Next
1. Exchange for Another Item
- You can exchange your return for another piece of equal or higher value. If the new item costs more, you will need to top up the difference.
- If the new item costs less, we regret that we cannot refund the difference.
- Exchanges are subject to availability.
2. Refund in Store Credit
- If you prefer, we can issue a refund in the form of store credit, valid for 180 days from the processing date.
- Store credit can be used for future purchases on our website.
How to Start Your Return
1. Arrange or a courier to return the item(s) to us.
2. Email us at customercare@jiannastudio.com within the stated time frame above with the following details:
- Your order number
- Return tracking number (if available)
- Preferred method of return
- Reason for return
3. Once we've received and checked your item(s), we'll process your exchange or store credit refund within 7-10 business days.
Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Item(s)
Even with our stringent quality checks, we acknowledge the possibility of defects. If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please take clear photos of the issue upon receiving your order and email to us at customercare@jiannastudio.com with your order number within 7 days for our inspection.
Once approved, we'll arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you, or issue you a full refund (excluding the original shipping charges).
Kind Reminders
- As a small business, we appreciate your understanding that all associated shipping costs and taxes for returns are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a courier service that provides tracking, as any lost parcels during transit will be the responsibility of the buyer.
- For international orders, be sure to allow enough time for shipping back to us.
- Sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- Jianna reserves the right to decline returns or exchanges that do not meet our policy conditions.
